How do I choose the right rack height?
Start with your motherboard, expansion cards, cooling and drive requirements. Check the chassis specifications and available rack space, then contact us to confirm your configuration.
What does short depth mean?
Short-depth chassis use less front-to-back rack space. Our 2U ATX chassis has a 340 mm depth excluding handles, and the 3U dual Mini-ITX chassis has a 240 mm depth. Allow additional clearance for cables and airflow.
Which motherboards are supported?
Compatibility varies by model. The 2U short-depth ATX chassis supports ATX, Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX. The 3U dual Mini-ITX chassis supports two Mini-ITX boards. Confirm dimensions and component clearances before ordering.
Which power supply should I use?
Check the model specifications. The 2U short-depth ATX chassis supports a Flex ATX power supply; the 3U ATX PSU chassis supports an ATX power supply. Contact us with your exact PSU model to confirm fit.
How can I request a quote?
Email us with the chassis model, required quantity, motherboard and power supply, and delivery destination. Our team can then discuss compatibility and availability.
Where can I obtain drawings or manuals?
Send us the model name and the document you need. We will confirm which product documentation is available.
Is a Japanese version available?
The website is currently available in English. The Japanese version is not yet available.
